How can I check the status of a delivery?

You can check your delivery status in the Orders section of your My Account page.

How do I obtain proof of delivery (POD)?

You can find proof of delivery by signing in to your account and heading to your My Account page. There you can click Manage on the Orders and able to see Proff of Delivery.

How do I raise a complaint?

You can raise a complaint, by using the contact details at the top of this page. Alternatively, you can fill out this form and a member of our dedicated customer support team will get back to you as soon as they can.

If products are in stock it will be dispatched on the same day and you'll get your package next day.
